3.5 Week Five

Sorry for the lack of 3.5 threads lately.
I have been super busy between my house arrest and a sever case of swine flu.

I am ready to call the season over and start my play off predictions.
Lifetime, Huffwhines, Garland, Westlake, Greenhill, Fretz, and the wildcard Brookhaven.
I guess the only question now is who will play who and when.

Notable notes from this week,
1) Lifetime singles ringer Alan Gerber gets taken down, I guess he could not stand the heat.
2) Highpoint has an outside chance of making thing interesting if they can beat Garland this week,(3.5 MOW Garland v Highpoint)
I know Sisk is taking this one seriously so watch out.
3) Our Epic Fail of the Week goes to two contenders, who became pretenders this week!
In Section C, The Knock Out Blow was delivered to both Oak Creek and Springpark.
Done, son!

  1. Gerber's specialty is endurance and especially in the heat. Unfortunately a little too much partying over consecutive days left him dehydrated and unprepared for a match on Sunday. After the third game of the first set, he started seeing double and kept hitting it to the wrong guy and just getting it back at best. Since the team was up 4-0 by the time Gerber finished his first set, he decided to throw in the towel rather than risk puking all over the nice Hackberry courts. It was a nice wake-up call for him and my understanding is that he is being re-built as we speak and will only come out stronger. Can't wait to see the LTF vs. Huffines match. Huffines will go down, no matter what cheaters or sandbaggers they throw out there.

    ReplyDelete
  2. Well, he (gerber) needed to lose a match to stay in 3.5. So, who are the sandbaggers here???? LTF is no better than HFH!!!

One thing I am trying to figure out...
whether both LFT and HFH are true sandbaggers?
or are they just two very good teams?

    ReplyDelete
  3. Buddy, that is not it. Gerber is looking forward to playing 4.0. If he was trying to stay in 3.5 I don't think he would have gone 8-0 last year. Upsets happen! Why he was not bumped last year, no one knows, but he his 3.5 and tries to win every match.

  4. Week 6 Predictions!!

    Flight A

    HuffWhines 5-0 over HP
    LTF 4-1 over LBH
    BH 4-1 over Stonebridge
    JCC 3-2 over DCC

    Flight B

Garland 5-0 over HP (Dirty shows some of what he has been hiding)
    Westlake 4-1 over SamGrand
    LBH 3-2 over OC
    CC 4-1 over GH

    Flight C

    GH 3-2 over CC
    Fretz 4-1 over Glen Eagles
    Springpark 3-2 over OC
    Lakes 3-2 over Village

OC BL playoff predictions are right on. I'll even go further and predict division winners and City Playoff teams!

In City Playoffs will be BH (Fall winner), Garland, Greenhill, Huffwhines, and LTF. The last match of the year between Huffwhines/LTF puts one directly in and the other will win the QT and earn a spot.

    ReplyDelete
  5. How many teams total will be in the playoffs? Anon2 listed 5, FMBL listed 7, someone else has said 4 before...

    ReplyDelete
  6. It is my understanding that the champs from each flight (3), the QT winner (1) and the fall winner (1). That makes 5. If the fall winner wins their flight, then that is one less.

    Predictions:
    Flight A - Lifetime
Flight B - HP v Garland winner. Probably Garland. HP's loss to Westlake was a fluke.
    Flight C - Huffwhines

    Fall Winner: Brookhaven
QT: Loser of HP vs Garland or Westlake if Garland wins.

    ReplyDelete
  7. HFH are in flight A not C, right?

So, HFH can't win flight C...

    ReplyDelete
  8. Ya Huffwhines is in A.

City will be LTF/Huffwhines winner, BH, Garland, and GH.

QT will be Westlake, LTF/Huffwhines loser, and Fretz. Not sure if some wild cards will get in. LTF/Huffines will win the QT anyways and be in the City Playoffs.

    ReplyDelete
  9. QT usually has 2nd and 3rd place teams from each flight play the week before cities, with the winner advancing to the cities.
    Has that changed?

  10. Anons are back and the movement begins. I guess we won't tell Cory and gang we told you so!

    ReplyDelete
  11. I was truely screwed up that day and should not have played, but shit happens. I play that guy 10 times again and I beat him 10 times. But I will take my lump and move on. It was my fault for not being ready and he did what it took, so all due credit.

    Gerber

  12. There has been more post in the past 30 minutes than there has been in the past week with Anons back.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Can't wait to see the Garland vs High Point match. Garland clearly has some new ringers and HP is weak in singles. So Garland is a big favorite. But still Garland tends to choke against HP. Let's see what happens!

    ReplyDelete
  14. Neither LTF or Huffines (formerly Oakridge) are sandbagging. They both have a ton of outstanding, high-level but legit 3.5 players.

    Best wishes to both teams.

The cheaters, ringers and sandbaggers all migrate to Garland where they are heavily recruited by Sisk.

    ReplyDelete
  15. when does durty garland play westlake? that will be a better match. HP sucks this year.

    ReplyDelete
  16. anybody notice that greg wiley left his friends at HP and is now playing for garland. he told a couple guys at HP that he thought jameson was a very poor captain and that HP had a weak team this year.

but nothing wrong with wanting to play for a winner.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Incognito, Once again you prove that you don't know what your talking about. If Gerber was sick he should have QUIT.Both of Huffhines best singles players will kick his ass. When Lifetime and Huffhines plays why don"t you let everyone know who you are.I have seen Gerber play and he has no offense. He will lose to a good offensive player. Wait and see!!

    ReplyDelete
  18. How many of the Anons is Marc Klamecki-oc/bl-fm/bl-anon2- how many others????

    ReplyDelete
  19. What happened with all the big talk and challenges that were previously made on this blog??? Didn't anyone ever play??? Was it all just a bunch of BULLSHIT??? Welcome back all the name callers.Let's have some more action!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  20. Hey 5:36 pm, where have you been hiding all this time you big pussy. You want incognito to reveal himself yet you post as an anon, what guts. Not sure how long ago you saw me play, but I will gladly play the Huffines guys before our official match. And even then I'm not sure you know what the hell you're talking about cause offense has always been part of my game, unless I need to adjust it to accomodate the soft hitters like yourself. And further to that, I've seen a couple of the Huffines guys play and at least one of them has zero offense, just tries to get everything back and outlast his opponents. I can't wait to play them and win or lose I'll roll with it, but I'm not so sure it will be as easy as you think. And if you are a 3.5 and would like to put your money where your fat trap is, bring it.

    Gerber

    ReplyDelete
  21. Incognito -

You speak as if you know Gerber personally. Perhaps you are Gerber himself in a hidden identity.... -- or his sidekick buddy, Kim. Either way, you seem to know a lot of details about the match, you must be a Lifetimer. If that is the case, why do you bash your captain the way you do?? Your postings are starting to reveal a lot about your character.

    ReplyDelete
  22. The problem with this whole damn blog for the last month or how ever long the anons have been gone, is that not all Incognito posts have been from the same individual. If you don't believe that, why don't you ask CoreDawg about someone using his alias, only he has the capability to delete the posts he wants at his choosing, I do not. I am the true Incognito and I'm not gonna go back and justify all of my posts or non-posts. But I must say some of the stuff was damn funny and it kept us going while the anons were gone. The problem with you 7:09 pm, or should I just say Kaiser, is that you take this stuff way too seriously and not for the entertainment value that it provides.

As to Mr. 5:36 pm, sure sounds like alot like Bitter Beer Face Ratcliffe to me. Look at Ratcliffes posts and his language and this post and it is not too difficult to figure out. I guess he finally figured that if you can't beat the anons, you might as well join them. Welcome gramps!

    ReplyDelete
  23. Our captain sucks, but we win anyway.

    3.5 Life Timer

    ReplyDelete
  24. Gerber is a decent player but very conceited.

Our guy (Riffert) from Hackberry beat him fair and square. Yet Gerber claims if they played 10 more times he would win all 10. That's just crap coming from a sore loser.

Gerber, here is some free advice butthead: Just congratulate your opponent w/o the baseless bragging about how you'll beat the guy the next 10 times you play. That just makes you look more and more like an ass.
    - Mike Myers

    ReplyDelete
  25. Myers,

You say that I'm a decent player after that match and that is what is scary. That is the worst match I've ever played dating back to when I started at 3.0. Conceited, perhaps, but that's part of why we are undefeated and you guys have been completed defeated. I'm not sore, quite frankly I'm embarrassed cause I should have won that match on my death bed.

I'll give you that my claims are baseless, so why don't we set up another two or three matches and see what happens. You can put your money on it if you are that confident. When he beats me once out of the two or three matches you can say what you want. I'm not a sore loser, I said I'll take my lump and move on, but anyone who knows me is well aware that there was something wrong that day. Let me know when and where and I'll be there.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Incognito, I don"t hide behind an anon post when I have something to say like you do.That was not my post so let"s get this straight. You need to stop calling people names that"s disrespectful. You didn"t accept a challenge because your too good so you think
but nobody knows since you hide your real idenity. As for Gerber don"t be calling out my players and challenge them. They have not said anything about you. When Lifetime and Huffhines play on June 28th we"ll find out if your as good as you think you are.I hope both our teams stay undefeated until then so we can play for division championship. There has not been anything on this blog worth responding to until now. From your post I guess your a Lifetime player just starting trouble since you know so much about Gerber.

    ReplyDelete
  27. OMG! You 3.5ers are funny, you are th reason I had to click the "ANON" button again, you are too funny and take things WAY too seriously.

Gerber sucks, I will take him to the woodshed when I get my 3.5 rating back.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Ratdick, where did Gerber criticize your team? He said one of them is a soft hitter, molina, which he is. That is not criticism, it is what works for molina. It sounds like Gerber is pointing out that you should not be calling anyone a soft hitter, when you and a number of your players are. Gerber guys with as much pace as anyone on your team and is definitely not a soft hitter. Oh and your team does have sandbaggers, any one that appeals down is one! And let's not forget about your cheater, Chris Jones.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Hey Bazan, I don't know you from Adam so not sure why you're calling me out, and only a homo would want a 3.5 rating "back", but I've heard that about you. I will play you today, anytime before 6 pm, there's nothing more that I like than beating up on soft 4.0s. You up for it?

    Gerber

ps. You moderators put the anon button back on and are the first ones to stir it up, love it!

    ReplyDelete
  30. The imbecil moderators finally got smart and put the blood back into the blog as it was very very close to dying all together. I guess they're not as dumb as they look! Long live the anon.

    ReplyDelete
  31. anon posters are the heart and soul of the blogsite!

    ReplyDelete
  32. Kaiser, seems like you got your feelings hurt. You just look at things the wrong way and should be happy that people are even mentioning your name to begin with. Nobody is going to talk about you or your game obviously, and word is this is your last gig captaining as your mateys will all jump ship soon. So enjoy it while you can as you will never be heard from again after this season. Maybe you and Ratcliffe can join forces as you are both useless captains with no added value to your teams.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Watch out bazan, you keep losing matches in 4.0 at 0 and 2, you may be dropped straight to 3.0. You probably belong in 3.0 anyways after seeing your weak game!

    ReplyDelete
  34. Cary,
Good for you! Take on Gerber and give him a another beating. He's nothing but an arogant prick. Big mouth with no game!

    ReplyDelete
  35. Just read this stuff. I don't need to post under anon status to state what I think. I do have to say that the first post by Incognito is exactly what Gerber told me happened in the match 30 minutes after he played it, so my assumption is Incognito is somehow affiliated with Lifetime, sad to say. Being a captain is a thankless job and you get criticized regardless, especially by those who aren't getting to play.

In terms of next year, I already stated I doubt I would captain a team due to time conflicts and the ungrateful crap I am seeing here. Besides, most of my players will be 4.0, and I will be bumped down to 3.0.

Who knows. Maybe I will start throwing the line up. I will sit Arcaria, Bennet and Gerber and put myself on line 1 each week. That will give plenty to bitch about.

Believe me, there is more to life than 3.5 tennis. C'mon....you guys act is if you're on the ATP circuit. Hillarious!!

    ReplyDelete
  36. Kaiser, if there is more to life than 3.5 tennis, why the hell are you on this blog so much?

    ReplyDelete
  37. Kaiser,
After a quick review of your the matches that lifetime has played so far this year, it appears that "throwing" the lineup would truely be an upset for you as you have yet to sit benett, arcaria and gerber. You on the other hand have played once and lost... as someone in the 3.5A division I am all for you throwing the lineup and you playing any line you want!

    DCC member.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Kaiser,
It is definitely a thankless job. Don't let one of these morons get to you. You have an undefeated team and that is all you can ask for. It is sour grapes from someone probably on your team who is not playing enough!

    ReplyDelete
  39. Gerber,

Glad to see you are easily poked. I have no interest in playing 3.5 tennis again but they I am playing lately I am not far from it.

As far as playing you I would love to I need a confidence boost. Today might be tough I am out all day but Thursday night you can come out with our group in Allen or check with me about next week, my schedule might be better.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Bazan chugs more nuts than a squirrel!

    ReplyDelete
  41. what are the good 3.0 teams in dallas? i'll drop some 3.5 matches and just go to be a champ (more like a chump) in 3.0s :)

    ReplyDelete
  42. Bazan,

Sounds good to me. Hopefully your confidence gets boosted and not killed. I'm out Thursday/Friday this week but next week works well. We can shoot for Thursday night if that works for you.

I love a good blog challenge.

    ReplyDelete
  45. LOL. At least I see Gerber is challening people and may actually play Bazan. Says alot more about us cowardly anons.

    ReplyDelete
  46. The problem with ltf is that they have a few of the best 3.5 players, Bennett, Arcaria, and Gerber, but they have little beyond that. They have a number of players, such as Anderson, who think they better than they are. Besides a few good lines, ltf is lacking and will lose to huffines.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Since when did this blog become just a lifetime or huffines blog? Who cares about either one of them except the players on there own teams. Lets have some other 3.5 talk, before we all get bored stiff again!

    ReplyDelete
  48. anon 9:43am: you make a valid point, but those with the biggest egos feel the need to talk the most. LTF and Huffhines feel the need to compensate for their shortcomings with their big mouths.

    ReplyDelete
  49. Well rather than posting ignorant comments, why don't you suggest a subject moron. Huffines and LTF talk because that is clearly where there is rivalry and something to talk about in 3.5. Or do you want to talk about the JCC or Hackberry or another waste of time like that? Go ahead, make our day.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Richardson Open is this weekend!

    Predictions

    3.5 singles Dennis Demetsenaere
    3.5 Doubles Alexander/Newman

    A weak draw!!

    ReplyDelete
  51. What rivalry? Who on each of those teams have ever played each other? I think the rivalry is just made up by some "moron" who is just trying to make a rivalry where there is none.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Congrats to Dallas winners in Waco
    Major Zone.

    3.5 Zack Stein
    4.0 Brandon Meyers

    ReplyDelete
  53. It's quite obvious that Sisk is Ratty's mentor and has been training him all along. The proof is in Chris Jones. I guess it wasn't beer after all that gave Ratty that look, it was the bitter Koolaid that Sisk has been serving him.

    Has Jones been disqualified yet?

Anon2, you seem to know the facts on Jones, what's the latest?

    ReplyDelete
  54. Kaiser,

Please don't give in, you will be missed.

    ReplyDelete
  55. Anonymous 9:19 AM

LTF has more depth than the big three of Bennett, Arcaria, and Gerber. They have some good solid doubles players with proven 3.5 experience...
I guess these unsung heros just have jobs during the day so cannot post..

    ReplyDelete
  56. Hey BigTURDLover,
No one is gonna miss Bill Kaiser. Not even his mama.

    ReplyDelete
  57. Ltf is not 4-0 because of 3 players. Guys like Anderson are a big part of the team and are all solid 3.5's.

    ReplyDelete
  58. Hey man,

Stop talking about Kaiser and especially his mama, that is damn disrespectful. Kaiser is in a no win situation having to captain a team with lots of egos, including mine.

    Gerber

    ReplyDelete
  59. I put my money on Gerber. Can we have a betting and beer pool on the side? I could sit on that sideline. Keep the betting simple guys. $5 bucks each head/side, all of the winnings gets contributed to beer for that night. So, if there are 3 Bazan and 1 Gerber.
So if Bazan wins, then only $5 bucks goes towards beer, if 1 Gerber wins, than only $15 goes to beer. If we get 8 and 8, you get the idea...

    ReplyDelete
  60. I'm down for $5 on Gerber. When the details on the match are set, post them so I know where to go and watch.

    ReplyDelete
  61. Everybody knows that ANON2is Marc Klamecki so stop hiding behind that tag and post again with your name. You weren't afraid to do it before why now????

    ReplyDelete
  62. Nobody gives a CRAP about Bazan and Gerber so let's move on to something more interesting.

    ReplyDelete
  63. Ok, send us a picture of your mama.

    ReplyDelete
  64. I did not know that. How did you know that?

    ReplyDelete
  65. To ANON2,Incognito,AnonWhat,Anon Captain,UglyAnon,and all other ANONS.
Here is the news you have all been waiting for.
After a through investigation by Tosha Smith,U.S.T.A.,and the F.B.I.
My player Christopher Jones has been found Not Guilty and innocent of all the BOGUS charges against him.
So it is now time for all of you to find something else to complain about. You all are just a bunch of CRYBABIES!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  66. So you're telling us that the FBI has nothing better to do than to look into 3.5 tennis. That is amazing. We need to let the American taxpayers know what their Federal Income tax dollars are funding if this was really the case. I can just hear them now, "Hey Agent Miller, ignore all these murders and drug dealers because we need to go investigate some 3.5 beginner tennis players." Ed, you are something else.

    ReplyDelete
  67. Just for the record I don't post under any anon aliases,
I have the balls to voice my opinions, always have and always will.

I'm doing to take Gerber down Weds night and run him ragged. So Cary will have easy picking on Thurs,
Bet the house on Lucky Thunder.

Gerber is going to get the blog 1 - 2 punch.

    ReplyDelete
  68. you mean Incognito....

    ReplyDelete
  69. I think it is clear to say that the FBI line was a joke...

    ReplyDelete
  70. I think it is going to be standing room only at the LTF/Huffhines at the end of the season...

I predict it will be 3/2 either way...

    ReplyDelete
  71. I predict that bitterbeerface and Kaiser will not be in the lineups that week, at least if they're smart!

    ReplyDelete
  72. Hey Ratty, Why did you enter the Richardson open if you had to already pull out? If your scared get a dog! Incognito was gunning for you there!

    ReplyDelete
  73. Where is Incognito today. Perhaps he is studying for exams...

    ReplyDelete
  74. I guess this Gerber guy is actually Eddie Hill- no other person has that much of an ego, other than Eddie.

    ReplyDelete
  75. There is little doubt that Eddie and Incognito were seperated at birth! I havent seen ego like those two since Sigfeid and Roy!!! Matter of fact that's who they remind me of.

    ReplyDelete
  76. Ted Bundle,Thank you for being smart enough to realize the Joke!!!
To Anon questioning why I withdrew from the Richardson Open-Check the Stupid Schedule times.3rd round Singles matches at 5:30 PM Saturday.
I have a prior engagement that evening so that is why I chose not to play.I am certainly not scared to play anyone in that draw.
According to you Anon my guess is Incognito is either Megert or DeMetsenaere. I will play either one of them if they choose to challenge me. If Incognito is Dennis he will play Larry Lipsie in his 1st match let's see how that turns out.

    ReplyDelete
  77. Hey Doesn't that guy Megert the guy who uses that crappy racquet with 2 handles???

    ReplyDelete
  78. Hi Ed,

So, what was the reason for Chris having 2 USTA accounts? It's quite obvious they were/are both him as both accounts were from Coppell and both played with Toby.

    Honest mistake?

    -Matt

    ReplyDelete
  79. The reason for the Chris Jones double account is simple, it's because he's a damn cheat and playing for Sisk's protoge. The double account deal is common in California, that's probably where Jones is from or picked up the trick, assuming it wasn't a suggestion from the master, Sisk.

As far as Bitter Beer Face pulling out of the Richardson open, the real truth is that he's scared of Megert's racquet. In fact, when Megert was done whipping up on grandpappy, word is he was going to shove the two handled racquet up his rear, thus nailing two orifices with one shot. But I'm sure Grampa's date will have the same effect.

    ReplyDelete
  80. If Megert is Incognito, Word is that Larry Lipsie kicks his ass every time they have played-enough said!!!! Grandpa

    ReplyDelete
  81. Grandpappy, You have plans on Sat. night at 5:30? Come on bro, the early bird dinner special means that much to you??? Even if thats the case why pull out before the tourn. starts? Why not play the matches until then or you lose which ever comes first? Thats just a weak excuse because you were intimidated by your draw!

    ReplyDelete
  82. Prediction -

Incognito is Gerber's alter ego, not Megert or DeMetsenaere.

    ReplyDelete
  83. One thing is for sure, you guys sure are infatuated with Gerber and Incognito. Both sound the same so no alter ego involved if it is the same person.

Meggert could care less about beating Lipsie, he just wants to sell racquets. Dementedsary (Dennis) will kick Lipsies ass, that's a given.

Hey Pappy, I'll go on a date with you, let me know.

    Anderson

    ReplyDelete
  84. Word is that Ratty has a BOTOX appointment at 5:30 pm on Saturday. You can't blame him for missing tennis over getting his mug fixed. Now if we could find a cure for the cheating, 3.5 tennis would be in much better shape.

    ReplyDelete
  85. ANON2 - how did you determine that the Greenhill / Canyon Creek score would be 3-2. Curious what your thoughts were. I have played against Canyon Creek enough to know they have a lot of good players.

    GH - BK

    ReplyDelete
  86. Hey guys, glad to see the anons back in action. Faceless, gutless, Cowsheep types...makes it interesting. I see durty garland and westlake are undefeated in one of the flights, with hp right behind. Since Brookhaven won in the fall, does that mean they are automatically in for the spring? How many teams make the playoffs? I noticed there is some dallas city tournament prior to the playoffs? Oh, and I'm pressing charges against sam grand. After whipping their asses last Sunday, my car was broken into. Funny thing is, all they stole were some 9mm bullets and my vanilla car freshener. How ghetto is that? How did those numbnuts go undefeated last year? Oh well, their season is coming to an end real soon!

    ReplyDelete
  87. Well,
At least we should be grateful that Keist Tennis Center does not have a team.

    New DTA motto:

    "Dallas Tennis Association:

    ReplyDelete
  88. The Anon post was not mine I don't hide behind anon tag.Let's finally drop the Chris Jones issue. Their investigation is over and done with.As far as what I do on my birthday that's my business. You guys are really something!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  89. Ed,
You still didnt answer the question as to why you wouldnt play your first two matches before withdrawing because of the conflick... what gives?

    "other half of the draw".

    ReplyDelete
  90. Ed,

I figured there wouldn't be much of an answer regarding the 2 accounts. No worries as I think it's pretty clear.

    -Matt

    ReplyDelete
  91. If Sam Grand continues to play in our league they should be forced to play all AWAY matches. No joke _ going down there really sucks and the crime problem is a real issue.

    ReplyDelete
  92. Garland vs HP . . . wont really be much of a match. HP sucks this year. Very weak singles and maybe 1 or 2 good doubles lines. Sisk still cheats and will bring a bunch of ringers that are way out of level. Look for a 5-0 or 4-1 Garland win. Not much drama here _ this one is easy to call.

    ReplyDelete
  93. All you bastards are mad because Ed was able to put together one hell of a good team. A lot of talent on the Huffines team. Chris Jones is perhaps the best 3.5 player in Texas. He does not have any self-rated players either.

Huffines is the team to beat.

    One of Eds players.

    ReplyDelete
  94. I agree. Ed is one of the best captains in the Dallas area. He lets his players be players and make the decisions.

    ReplyDelete
  95. Everyone that has talked bad about Chris Jones. Screw you. Get to know the guy. He is a really nice guy with a really good game. Get to know him.

  98. I agree with not playing south of the 635 unless is way south like Austin or San Antonio.

That's the reason I choose not to play the
Samuell Grand Memorial Day tournament last month.
When I see 635 / skilman as one of the possible locations I get scarred :)

    ReplyDelete
  99. I never said Chris wasn't a nice guy. Here's the deal though. If you feel your rating is incorrect, appeal it (like everyone else does). Don't start a 2nd USTA account.

    ReplyDelete
  100. Matt, Whoever you are If you are still questioning the Chris Jones item why don't you call Tosha Smith at Texas Tennis asso. and ask her about it.Who the hell are you anyway!!If it's pretty clear why don't you let me know.Your just as stupid as the rest of the complainers.

  101. Ratdick – Shortly before the season started, you stated that you were not going to publish any more posts. WTF? Please can it!

    ReplyDelete
  102. Eddy Ratdick has been spotted this morning walking funny. Must have been one hell of a date last night. Happy 70th Pappy, hopefully this decade you turn a new leaf and stop all the damn cheating. Do you ever wonder why most of the controversy starts with your team? Look in the mirror, or perhaps you better not!

    ReplyDelete
  103. Sisk is by far the biggest cheater.

    ReplyDelete
  104. i dont think u should call someone a cheater if they have a valid computer rating. computers not perfect but no one is cheating if they play at their computer given ntrp.

the biggest concern is new self rated guys that are way out of level like glen flora last year.

who are the self rated 3.5 ringers this year???

    ReplyDelete
  105. After watching the high point/garland match today I would have to say both of garlands singles players are big time self rated ringers.Sisk knows how to cheat!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  106. The problem is that Ratdick's players have two computer ratings at different levels under different usta accounts. Easy to do if you are a cheat.

Now they've told Tosha how it was all a big mistake and gotten out of it. That lady needs to be fired and Ratdick and Sisk need to be banned from captaining.

    ReplyDelete
  107. When you beat someone 1&1 or 2&2 then you are not cheating. It is the people who manage the scores. That is not score management.

    ReplyDelete
  108. Dipshit, nobody says anyone is managing scores. When you consistantly beat people 0, 1, and 2, you are correct, you are not managing scores. You are clearly out of place and should be playing up. What fun is it beating up on people like that all the time? But players on Sisk's team especially and now Ratcliffe's are planning these teams a year out sometimes. They manipulate scores and then get computer ratings so they can make a run at nationals down the road supposedly. I've heard this come out of Sisk's trap, and clearly he's teaching Ratface on how to work the system. People who manipulate scores are just as bad as their cheating captains and should be bitch slapped a few times.

  109. Sisk's doubles teams are beatable,
He has 2 out of level singles players, the rest of his team is beatable,
His singles players are old too, he can be exposed and beaten in the heat of the play-offs.

    ReplyDelete
  110. I was at the Garland/HP team and I hate to see GTC win but I did not think the singles players were disgustingly out of level. Last year, Flora & Mudsam were disgustingly out of level; but these guys are not like that. They were steady. I was surprised at how old they were. Intheheat, they can't play every match at sectionals. Where does Sisk recruit? AARP?

    ReplyDelete
  111. Sisk's doubles teams are very beatable. I think this is just a very down year for Dallas 3.5.
I think some other city goes to nationals this year.

HP and Durdy's doubles teams are about the same. HP has no singles players. That HP #1 singles player hit the bar very hard but he could not get more than 2 balls in the court.

    ReplyDelete
  112. Who won 3.5 singles and doubles for the Richardson open?

The Plano Open is this weekend, not the best draw, but better than the Richardson Open.

    ReplyDelete
  113. GH REK

You are right, I should have picked CC. It was nothing against CC as I know they have a good team, but they did lose twice this year to teams they should have beat. I have alot of respect for your team, and thought you would win the match. CC may have got back in the race, but I think they come up short on a tiebreaker. I think both GH and CC will beat Fretz, but Fretz will get 2nd place over CC by individual wins/losses, but it will be close!

    ReplyDelete
  114. Anon2,

How did you determine that both CC and GH will beat Fretz? I mean, Fretz beat both of the teams CC lost to. Out of the 5 teams that both Fretz and GH have played so far, they are equal at 5-0, 20-5 in individual matches.

    ReplyDelete
  115. anon 12:10. Fretz is the Rodney Dangerfield of their flight. They get no respect, but have won convincingly. They are young and talented. I think they'll split the final 2 weekends and win the flight with a stronger tiebreak record.

    ReplyDelete
  116. Let's see! The starting singles for RatDicks team. We should have a poll for who is the bigger cheater!!

    1. Chris Jones - has a 4.0 rating and makes another rating as a 3.5 with a few name changes??

    2. Oleg Yaremenko - plays 4.5 tennis some years back and then rejoins team tennis as a 3.5??

Not to mention the PUSSY ALERT on Enrique Molina who appealed down to 3.5!! Nice team!!

    ReplyDelete
  117. If true, that is a load of crap! Oleg was playing 4.5 tournaments in 2008 as well, who would want to play 3.5 after playing 4.5? Maybe Anon What can do his great invetsigating again on the second cheater from Gramps' team. Curious as to what rating Yaremenko had in 2004 when he played 4.5 tennis on a team. For his sake, and that of his 3.5 coach, I hope he was 4.0 playing up because if he was a 4.5 and never restablished himself as a 4.0 in between his 3.5 rating that would be DQ time!

    ReplyDelete
  118. Who is Chris Jones? Which one are you talking about?

    ReplyDelete
  119. also pussy alert on Fonseca (sisk), Wickman (sisk), Gerber (LFT), Igor Abadzik (LFT), Dennis (LFT). more to come.

    ReplyDelete
  120. yeah!!! let's list out all the good/succefull 3.5s and we'll have the pussy list! WTF!

    ReplyDelete
  121. I would say... maybe, some of you need to go down to 3.0. Did you think about that?

    ReplyDelete
  122. Just curious how you give a pussy alert to a computer rate who never appealed. Pussy Alerts are for players who are bumped and appeal back or self rate at a level way below them!

    ReplyDelete
  123. Garland's team is clearly the best team and the biggest group of ringers. Year in, year out.

    ReplyDelete
  124. sisk team is the biggest group of cheaters! The majority of his team is self rates. He is the lowest of the low! He will cheat anyone. I know Ratcliffe gets it hard on here but Sisk is the biggest cheater in Dallas tennis!

    ReplyDelete
  125. All of you complainers are the biggest bunch of Crybabies. Why don't you spend more time practiceing and less time Whinning about players better then you. Sisk and Ratcliffe are doing what any good Captain would do in putting a team together.Stop all the BITCHING and Moaning it's boring!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  126. dude, don't hate the player, hate the "game"! All that those guys are doing are simply playing tennis. I got smoked by one of them, but so what? Some of them got bumped down, some got to remain at 3.5 after initial self-rating.
Hate the system and complain about it, please! BTW, yours is just one opinion. I think the system (computer) is fine in the long-term. If they are really good, they will get bumped up and you will never see them at 3.5. But for now, they are here and provide great competition. And, it is not like they are not unbeatable, ok! There are many 3.5s who can push them and get a win. And, it was done by the way.
So, shut the fuck up about personal assaults and, if any, provide some constructive feedback on the USTA system / computer!

    ReplyDelete
  127. I think we are all getting tired of all the bullshit complaints about players and captains.Let's just play tennis and stop WHINNING.It's really BORING!!!

    ReplyDelete
  128. F--- Gerber he is full of himself he is the 3.5 version of Eddie Hill. It seems that Lifetime players are always overrating their own ability. I can't wait till he plays a really good player and gets his ass kicked to see what his excuse is then!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  129. EXACTLY!!!
    Let's play tennis!

    ReplyDelete
  130. The thing I love about this blog is it is always classy.

    ReplyDelete
  131. I dont need to play you Gerber to know about your game, I have played the guy you lost to at Hackberry in the past and think that says it all! Now pipe down before you have a heart attack!

    ReplyDelete
  132. Wow that says alot! So you beat a guy on Hackberry? You must be a strong 3.5.

    ReplyDelete
  133. Wow. I thought the blog would be better when the anons came back. Reading through this really has become boring. Hopefully we will start seeing some good comments regarding tennis since that is what it was meant to be for. The rest of the crap is total nonsense.

    ReplyDelete
  134. This blog is hillarious. Most of those posts are not mine, but whatever. Until you sign your name to a post, it's just comedy. Until then talk away, so we can all have a good laugh, including me.

  135. How about we leave all the garbage talk behind and talk some more about the two meaningful matches this coming Sunday: in flight B, Garland & Westlake will go at each other and only one team will stay undefeated. In flight C, CC is visiting Fretz. Predictions, thoughts, analysis?

    ReplyDelete
  136. Finally some meaningful matches! There has not been a match between top teams since LTF and Brookhaven over a month ago.

Cheating Garland and CC will both win. Sorry Fretz but the losses begin this weekend!

    ReplyDelete
  137. Check your facts first.
Did you know that Oleg lost every 4.5 match that season.

Personally, I was a low/mid 4.5 and then I took off 7 years b/c of an injury and signed as a 4.0 when I came back. I had a losing record that first season back. I might have dropped another level and potentially could have helped out a team.
For Oleg, taking 5+ years off from playing tennis and coming down to this level for one season is not a big drop.
He was probably a high 4.0, FIVE years ago.
Oleg did not even belong to a team in the fall, so it's his first USTA season back. Do you even know why he left? Injury, etc???

Either way, Oleg is a good guy and you are just pissed that he's not on your team. If that team goes to sectionals or nationals, he will have his hands full, because you have to have low/mid (one up level) guys to do something worth a damn. That's just the way it is.

    ReplyDelete
  138. Is this the Gerber blog or 3.5 league blog. All u anons need to step up and take him down

    ReplyDelete
  139. I'm flattered that you choose to include my name in your alias. Why do you want all the anons to step up, why don't you give it a shot ass wipe.

    ReplyDelete
  140. This is Ron Burgundy saying "Stay Classy San Diego"

    ReplyDelete
  141. There goes Gerber again spewing hate and calling out the world! What is the deal bro, you want to fight everyone or just play them in tennis?
