New Ratings are Out!

You may wonder what this picture has to do with rating; it has nothing; but it was too funny to leave out and I had no other idea how to work it in to a post.  If ratings came out an Dallas truly got a screwjob, I might have said it was Todd Reed treating Rudolph like Dallas but that didn't appear to happen.

New ratings are out and I did not see any major surprises.  I am sure there are quite a few but I don't have time to go through them.

I should have a fall playoff post out soon.  I know the 40+ geezers are trying to get teams together in a very short period because per the DTA that USTA Texas said it was not allowed to have mid-season leagues.  All of this while, Austin plays 40s with mid-season ratings as well.

Oh well, please discuss all the ratings.

  1. I'll go ahead and say what everyone else is thinking. Will these newly-minted 4.5 players from the top Dallas and Fort Worth 4.0 teams have the integrity to play their best in their new level? It's where they truly belong. Or will these guys squander another year of their playing lives by tanking matches to get bumped back down?

    1. No, they will not. They will tank and do it again.

    2. I agree. Unfortunately, I already knew the answer to my own questions. However, wouldn't it be a sight to see if you have newly-minted 4.5 guys from opposing teams who are trying to out-tank each other in a match? That would be some serious 3.0-level tennis! Haha!

    3. Match stats -- Winners: 2 (oops!) Unforced Errors: 328 Double Faults: 264

    4. That is the Tiny Le plan. Lose big or go home.

  2. Mike Kelly 4.5
    Sam Huynh 4.5
Most of Tiny's team got bumped up

  3. Why is the guy wearing shoulder pads? Did he have to tackle Rudolph before mounting him?

  4. Did the DTA really lie about mid-season leagues? The women have it now. The DTA is doing to us what that pervert in the picture is doing to the deer.

    1. I know they said Austin was the reason we had to do it this way and TCD conflicts were why women got an exception.

  5. Keith Clark a 3.5? He's waiting for Tiny to get down to 3.5 so they can collect a trophy at 3.5 to go along with their 4.0 mug. Embarrassing.

  6. Add Wiley to the 3.5 team. Playing 3.5 has to be so much fun.

  7. 40+ geezer Clark will need to wheelchair to play these days.
(Do they have those leagues in dallas?)
That fossil should only playing 55+ as he wont win a match, mark my words, he will lose.
He needs to wear his "Supertanker " team shirt. He might be able to win a match at 55+ but that's it unless he plays against Brookhaven , Canyon Creepers or JCC " B " team.
USTA needed to band Clark 3.0 scandal. Dont play for this guy.
Good to see Le squad bumped up.

    3. 10:25 is either clark or wiley. Im not impressed.
Please clark is not even close to 4.0 these days. He needs to leave Fretz and join old farts on bender senior squad.

  9. Clark is a 10.0 level cheat with a 3.5 game. Really hoped his latest injury would rid of us at least one local cheater.
