It is that time so you can find out if you get the honors of playing up, down or the same this fall. I know that mid-season ratings never mean anything but we all want to know. If you've been good you will get everyone coveted bump up. If you've been average, you will get to stay the same. If you've been bad, you will get a lump of coal and the embarrassment of getting bumped down and the derision of your friends. This should be the link when they are finally released.

mke zackary
DeleteMike Zackary will be 4.0
ReplyDelete4.5
Deleteif Zackry gets move to 4.5 that is a joke. He would get demolish there
DeleteLooks like he gets demolished at 4.0.
Deletefunny. Guy basically has won nothing and hr fear moving to 4.5. Mind boggling.
DeleteHe won 2015 Jackass of the year. He dethroned Kelley.
DeleteLOL!!!!
DeleteKelley is really upset at this turn of events. He fully intends to double his efforts to get his crown back.
Deletekelley looks like a saint compared to this guy and he is 100x the player
DeleteZackary hasn't won nothing so why talk about him ..
DeleteCould you tell me what Benjamin Daitch will be?
ReplyDeletethank you
Benjamin, you will keep your existing 3.5 rating. Thanks for inquiry.
ReplyDeleteHi. What will I be?.
ReplyDeleteVince Kingsley
Vince, you will remain a 4.5
ReplyDeleteWhat about Rohan Nilekani?
ReplyDeleteHi Rohan, have you played any tournaments?
ReplyDeletethanks
Rohan, you will be a 3.5 but in the appealable range if interested in doing so. Thanks again for your inquiry.
ReplyDeletehey, what about me? i am really wanting to know.
ReplyDeleteBen Meover
Hi Ben. Would there be another spelling or have you changed your name or middle initial. Looking at my database I have nothing for you. Sorry.
ReplyDeleteRegards and thank you.
oops, sorry. My first name is Yu. Full name is Yu Ben Meover. Check that.
ReplyDeleteYou must play for Oak Creek
DeleteMr. Meover. I still had no success with that name. sorry.
ReplyDeleteGood morning. Can you let me know about Rene Alzero...oops Alzuro. I have seen Alzero so many times even Iscrewed up my own name.
ReplyDeleteThanks again
Rene
Well good morning to you as well. Rene you will keep your 4.0 rating.
ReplyDeleteThanks and Godspeed.
Why are the ratings taking so long ot be released? We know they have been done for a month.
ReplyDeleteProbably fighting over kelley trying to get a unanimous decision to bump him. That has delayed the ratings going out because they can't get nationals to agree to it after what happened last time they manipulated it.
ReplyDeletethe only manipulation that occurred was by Kelley himself in the form of a continued pattern of tanking.
Deletethanks todd!
Deleteyou're welcome, Alan.
DeleteI must admit he has taken you to quite a few Nationals. Keep it up and good luck.
DeleteTodd
I was able to call and get my rating. probably some wait time now but wasn't too bad.
ReplyDeleteWell, were you happy with the answer they gave you?
ReplyDeleteHonestly I could barely hear what they were saying. There was some "screaming and yelling in the background over some guys rating" and "they needed to make a decision bec it was holding up releasing the Texas results". Very strange. Oh well, anyway I am still a 3.0 and still playing open tourneys.
ReplyDeletesam hunh did it. 4.0
ReplyDeleteMission Accomplished!!!
DeleteRatings are published. Pretty uneventful. Sam Huynh douched himself back to 4.0. Alzuro gets to 3.5, even though he should have won all his 4.5 matches.
ReplyDeleteSam Huynh has been playing hurt all season and continues to play in pain. Give him a break.
DeleteMaybe he shouldn't play at all. Give us a break with that load of crap.
Deletehe is the best 4.0 in Texas most likely, lucky SOB
DeleteKelly and Davis both to 5.0
ReplyDeleteIf you mean Craig Kelly to 3.5, sure. Mike is not on the list. Gene did get to 5.0 somehow though.
DeleteAfter a quick review it looks like Todd Reed did some more pencil adjustments today. Wonder how long it continues before someone else takes him to New York.
ReplyDeleteI think after Kelley caught them "manipulating his rating" the TTA will be more careful. They dont want to be caught with their hand in the cookie jar again.
DeleteRene Alzuro rated to a 3.5??? he is clearly a 5.0 with his lethal 130 mph serves and sharp slices. A sad day in the history of Dallas Tennis. Alas!
ReplyDeleteI was a 4.0 man dabbling in 4.5, but I decided to tank and kind of spruce up my tennis fashion, now I am a 3.5 woman, nationals, here I come.
ReplyDeleteTom Adcock a 5.0?????????? Not sure he would beat the better 4.0's in Texas.
ReplyDeleteJohan Jooste down to 5.0
ReplyDeletehaha Hollywood back to 5.0
Corey back to 5.0
Back to CoreDawg5.0
DeleteTony putting together quite a 4.0 team next year. Sam leading the charge. They will be very solid. Again.
ReplyDeleteyep, yep . gotta give Tony credit. He is always looking forward and ramping up for the following year. He sees the big picture.
DeleteI heard Sam Huynh self rated wrong.
Deleteyou heard wrong. He is a legit computer rate.
DeleteWho else is Tony getting next year?
DeleteTony is smart enuff to keep that to himself. I do know who he is NOT getting though (see whistleblower).
DeleteWhich whistleblower?
DeleteHow many are there?
Deleteif you dont know who turned him in doesnt matter
DeleteAlzuro pretty damn good 3.5. he will be highly sought after.
ReplyDeleteTri Level teams probably have him on speed dial.
DeleteAgree to disagree.
DeleteOld post from June:
ReplyDeleteStart with 4.5's playing 4.0: (new rating in parenthesis)
Tony Le (4.0)
Shawn Arcaria (4.0)
Owen Wilson (4.0)
Ryan DelaPaz (4.0)
Tim Newman (4.0)
Andy Alarid (4.5)
Andrew Kinson (4.0)
Doug Voss (4.5)
Steve Kemp (4.5)
Jared Kemp (4.5)
Hai Nguyen (4.5)
Brian Gilson (4.5)
That's more than half the roster and doesn't include players rated 3.5.
So let's see, 13 4.5 players that tanked down to 4.0, and 4 3.5, players that are better than them. Nice roster. Dallas should be proud. This is not an isolated incident but a multiple season manipulation that has also added self-rate ringers. Regardless of where you stand on the ethics, you have to applaud the effort and commitment, not to tennis, but to bastardizing the system.
Update: 6 of 12 moved up midseason. That was not more than half the roster. Get facts straight.
Andrew Kinsin didn't play. Take him out too.
DeleteSo Alzuro played only 4.5, went 2-5 and got bumped down to 3.5. I guess video taping someone and sending it to Todd does get them to the right level after all.
ReplyDeleteI would be upset too if I just experienced one with a spine.
ReplyDeleteAre you sure it was human?
lol... DTA should award tony and his special-olympics team with t-shirts depicting twats instead of brains...
ReplyDeleteyou're right, USTA is doing nothing about flagrant cheating at the leagues. The only way to get their attention is by boycotting USTA Leagues and get thousands of players not to sign up in protest next year. But again there are a lot of bitching and no one can really organize or represent all these "bitch-ers...
ReplyDeleteAnd even worse than that is that Houston will choke ass at Nationals again.
